September opens with two big shows in one small space—
Please join us at LABspace on Sunday September 9th, 3-6pm for Colorforms group show and Lots of little things, a solo exhibition from Austin Thomas.
Gallery 2: Austin Thomas solo exhibition, Lots of little things, an installation of drawings, collages, prints and photographs.
Colorforms is a group exhibition that expands upon LABspace’s exploration of idiosyncratic objects, painted constructions and otherwise unusual situations and ideas in the form of sculpture. Elisa Lendvay, Elisa Soliven, Hannah Foster and Susan Scott will collaboratively install their work in our small front gallery.
For Lots of little things, Austin Thomas will install an intimate solo exhibition of paper constructions, drawings, collages, prints and photographs in our rear gallery. Thomas will also include some works on paper from friends Gilbert Giles, Philip Knoll and Sue Muskat.
