This is Pauline Decarmo’s first solo exhibition with LABspace. Last spring, Pauline created a suite of 8 powerful paintings exploring memory, the past, and her upbringing in South Jamaica Queens— featured in our group exhibition Occurring or situated between stars. This year, Pauline has expanded upon that series to bring an entirely new body of work to the space. We are thrilled to welcome Pauline’s new work and we look forward to sharing and celebrating it with you. | |
