Please join us NEXT Saturday March 11th 1-5pm for the opening of TWO exhibitions at LABspace Dee Shapiro: Peripheral Visions solo exhibition, and group exhibition BODY HIGH In Gallery Two, we are thrilled to present a solo exhibition of Dee Shapiro’s intimate city and landscape paintings spanning 2000-2010 in Peripheral Visions. We can’t wait to share with you this decade of extraordinary work from Colebrook CT artist Dee Shapiro. In Gallery One we welcome BODY HIGH, a gathering of painters addressing the human form and what it means to be inside one. Euphoric, exhilarating, ecstatic— and often excruciating. Featuring Pauline Decarmo, Lois Dickson, Jacob Fossum, Zohar Lazar, Rebecca Litt, Kelsey Renko, Julia Schwartz, Olivia Tawzer, and Michael Van Winkle Both exhibitions open March 11 and are on view through April 30 Most artists will join us for our opening reception NEXT SATURDAY MARCH 11TH 1-5PM We look forward to seeing you here!
